Just Tires

Honestly, I don’t understand why people rate this place five stars, maybe AI or something!!! My experience was completely terrible. I went to a Mercedes-Benz dealer for maintenance and was told I needed to replace one of my tires. They quoted me a few hundred dollars for just one tire, so I refused and decided to get it done elsewhere for cheaper. I ordered the exact same tire online, paid for installation, and had it shipped directly to the store. When I arrived on the day of my appointment, they refused to replace it! There was this very unprofessional and rude lady, I think her name was Cheryl, and I have no idea how she ended up at the front desk of a business with that attitude. She told others, “Give him his tire, we don’t replace just one tire on an AWD.” I told them Mercedes-Benz themselves were going to do it, but they still refused and handed me back the tire. I went one mile down the road and had it replaced for $38. If you don’t replace one tire, then why accept the order in the first place? People are busy and don’t have time to play games. Either you don’t take the job, or if you do, you honor it regardless of the price or condition. Terrible experience, especially wi

I made an appointment in person for the next day at10:00 am They said it would be 3-4 hours for brakes, rotators, filter, oil change. I went to get something to eat and they when I asked for status they said the part was there. I continue to wait. At 3:35 pm they said it was ready. I have been going there for 10 years and was very disappointed in service.

I had a really bad experience. Brought my car for wheel alignment and I was told that it was going to be 1.0/2.0 hours. Here I am. 4 hours later. Without a wheel alignment due to excessive customer drop off cars. It looks like my car wasn’t good enough for the service there.

I had a great experience at this tire shop! The service was quick, professional, and friendly. A special thanks to the lady at the front desk—she was welcoming, knowledgeable, with a rare sense of humor and made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend! Thank you!

They are the best. I called in need of a new tire cause mine was literally in pieces and they told me to stop by at my earliest convenience. I was there 15 minutes later on a Sunday morning, they gave me a bunch of different options and prices. A couple of hours later my car was ready. Cheryl is so helpful and friendly. It was just a pleasure to work with them. Thanks guys!
